I can help you achieve your running goals!

Perhaps you’d like to collect a new PB or experience a new race distance. Maybe you’re plagued with injuries and need guidance on how to train sustainably. Are you keen to develop your skills and learn to run hills, trails & fells… or maybe you’re time-starved and want to know how to use your time in the best possible way so that running remains a pleasure and doesn’t become a stress. Whatever you goals are, I can help!

From beginners to elites, I work with all types of runners to develop their athleticism and turn hopes into reality.

What coaching looks like: Everyone’s needs are different and so everyone’s coaching will look different, but you can always expect from me:

  • Bespoke training plans detailing your runs and all relevant strength, conditioning and skill-building workouts. Plans are delivered weekly and tailored to your personal circumstances.
  • Holistic advice so that you’re prepared for whatever you’re taking on. We’ll discuss mindset, adversity, strategy, nutrition, hydration, kit etc.
  • Weekly training debrief
  • Unlimited comms. I’m always available (within reason!) to discuss whatever is on your mind.
  • Monthly review over coffee, skype or a run

Pricing: Coaching currently starts at £75pcm which includes everything listed above. Additional running or PT sessions will be charged separately. Please get in touch via the contact page to register your interest, or to find out more.
