Whether you’re new to exercising, well-versed in all things fitness or coming back from a lay-off (maternity, injury or just life!) I’m here for you.
It’s important to me (and you) that personal training be just that – personal! With a strong focus on what’s best for you, your circumstances and your body, we’ll work together to develop a program that promotes consistency.
Everyone’s needs are different, and everyone’s training will be different. I can visit you in your house/garden or we can meet in outdoor park locations. I can bring all the kit we need, we can be flexible around the weather and seasons and we can meet as often (or not) as suits you and your other responsibilities.
